We at My Giraffe know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

  • Orders placed before 1 pm will be dispatched on the same day, except on Sundays and the orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the next working day
  • Orders will be dispatched through Blue Dart, Delhivery , Amazon Shipping or India Speed Post depending upon your pin code serviceability.
  • Once shipped, you will get the tracking details via Email or Whatsapp.
  • Normally it takes 2-8 working days for delivery Pan India, however the delivery may delay in some sectors due to Natural calamities / festivals/ Holiday rush etc.
  • Please note : This time period is just an usual estimate.
  • Free shipping is available on all products above ₹300, otherwise ₹50. An extra charge of Rs 75 will be charged for all Cash on delivery orders.
  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded by us for any loss in transit.
  • An order cannot be canceled after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
